Heat oil on deep large frying pan.

Add cubed beef, cook on high for 5 minutes.

Add water or stock, Worcestershire sauce (omit for Polish recipe), sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Cook for 1 hour covered, mixing sometimes.

Add onions, cook for approximately 1 hour or 1 and 30 minutes, covered on low-medium heat until meat will become soft and tender. Mix with spoon sometimes.

In a small jar combine cream with all purpose flour, shake it. Pour it slowly to beef, mixing all the time. Optional: add few tablespoons of water if the sauce will become to thick. Add more salt if desired.
