Ingredients

  • 2 basa fish fillets
  • 4 tsp. unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. Put basa fish on the baking sheet.

  2. Melt butter in the small glass bowl. Add sweet paprika, dried basil, salt and lemon juice.

  3. Spread the marinate on both sides of fish using cooking brush or spoon. Marinate for 20 minutes.

  4. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.
