  • Almonds – sliced toasted almonds
  • Olive Oil – to make the dressing. You can substitute with canola oil, grapeseed oil, avocado oil etc.
  • Greek Yogurt – plain unflavored greek yogurt.
  • Red Wine Vinegar – to make the dressing.
  • Honey Mustard – needed for the dressing.
  • Honey – liquid honey will work the best for this recipe.
  • Garlic Powder – for extra garlic flavor.
  • Salt – Himalayan, sea salt or table salt.

How to make Broccoli Salad

  1. (Check printable recipe & video below). Get all ingredients: broccoli, carrot, green onion, almonds, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, greek yogurt, salt, honey mustard and honey.
  2. Chop broccoli and green onion, shred carrot, combine them in a large bowl.
  3. Make dressing by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, greek yogurt, salt, honey mustard and honey.
  4. Mix the dressing with raw veggies.
  5. On the frying pan toast sliced almonds, add it on the top of the salad or mix in.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced, toasted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 5 Tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 4 tsp. honey mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine broccoli, carrot, green onion and almonds. Set aside.
    3 cups broccoli, 1/2 cup carrot, 1/2 cup green onion, 1/2 cup almonds
  • In a medium bowl make dressing, add olive oil, greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, honey mustard, honey, garlic powder and salt, mix well.
