Natural flavored sparkling triple berry fizzy water is unsweetened, refreshing and full of vitamins!
I am trying to develop new recipes for beverages that are unsweetened and refreshing at the same time. Without any extra sugar or unnecessary calories you can have a refreshing juice. I drink a lot of water but sometimes it’s boring for me to have only water all day. That’s why I am making these delicious beverages that I can have without any guilt:)
I made Homemade Unsweetened Cranberry Juice and I didn’t use any sugar for this recipe; just plain cranberries and water. So I came out with the easy recipe for triple berry sparkling natural fizzy water. It is different that the ones you can see on Pinterest when browsing. Mine doesn’t use any strainer to separate the fruits from the water.
I’ve decide to keep all fruits in the water. And also like I said before I didn’t want to use any sugar. However, I’ve added some notes in my recipe and you can make your triple fizzy water both ways: sweeten or unsweetened.
I used only these three types of fruits + Perrier Sparkling Water that I buy often. My husband likes this water and me too. It has a little tangy taste that I love.
I hope you will enjoy my triple berry fizzy water:)
This fizzy water is full of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Packed with all vitamins from these fruits. I kept it in a fridge closed tightly in a jar for few days and it was still fresh.

Fizz is my jam! I love anything that sparkles. I’m partial to this recipe, too, because you don’t strain it. Like you said, it makes it a little different from all the other recipes out there, plus you get that great fiber from the fruit!
Ilona
Totally Marianne! Lots of fiber and no need to strain the fruit:)
