  • 2 Tbsp. mint fresh
  • 1 Tbsp. cane sugar
  • 2 lime wedges
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 ice cubes

  • In a large glass combine mint with sugar and 2 lime wedges. Using muddler or large spoon crush/muddle the lime and mint. Mix together, sugar will start to dissolve.

    I recently decided to reduce my alcohol intake as I had gum surgery and alcohol can dry out my gums, so I am SO glad to have stumbled across this recipe as I love mojitos.

    I have always wanted to try the mojito but I don’t drink alcohol so I stopped looking for the recipe, assuming they are all alcoholic, until I found your post. I might just jump right into it and make it today. It looks so delicious and refreshing! 🙂
