- Melt the chocolate using microwave or double boiler method.
- Sprinkle with nuts, dried fruits, candies, pretzels etc.
- Leave for few hours to harden on countertop or place in the refrigerator.
Topping Ideas
- Nuts: pistachios, almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, pine nuts.

Tips to make Chocolate Thins
- You can use any type of chocolate that you like: dark, milk or semi-sweet. However, remember that after adding toppings that are sweet like fruits or sprinkles will make the milk chocolate bark even sweeter. That’s why I suggest using dark or semi-sweet flavor.
- You can use chocolate bark, chocolate chips or wafers are good too.
- You don’t have to add any oil or butter, this might prevent thins to harden.
- Remember to use parchment paper to prevent chocolate sticking to the pan.
- Press the topping gently right away after you spread the chocolate, otherwise if the bark will start to harden, toppings might fell out.
- Break the bark by hands or use sharp knife to make smaller pieces.

How long does chocolate take to set? It depends on the type of chocolate, however it will take approximately 3-5 hours on the countertop. You can speed up the hardening process by putting chocolate in the fridge.
