Easter stuffed eggs with dill, radishes and green onions are perfect for upcoming Easter!
When I was in college awhile ago, (I lived in Chicago at this time) I had to take a speech class and one day we had to make a recipe presentation. It was around this time – March – so I figure it out that it was prefect time to present these perfectly cooked eggs. I got an A of course from the presentation and the teacher could not stop eating my EGGS! He said that they are so delicious.
The truth is they are the best stuffed eggs. I always make them for Easter. For this recipe I used some mayo, dill and radishes. Very easy to make and the outcome is so tasty.
Easter is coming in about three weeks and these delicious recipe will be perfect for this time… breakfast or appetizer on Easter Day. Think about them when you will be preparing dishes for Easter.
This stuffed eggs have to be on Easter table because they are so good! Easy to make just boil eggs beforehand, then mix some mayo with vegetables like radishes, dill and green onions. Then stuff eggs with yummy stuffing. Very good–> I’m already thinking about them.
Boiled eggs, poached eggs or scrambled.. I like them all. And on Easter they are a must for our baskets. My children will paint them and put them in the basket along with sausage, bread, salt, pepper and horseradish. That’s our European tradition.
