Jalapeno Spicy Deviled Eggs

Spicy deviled eggs are great appetizer for Easter or any other celebration. Jalapeno deviled eggs made easily with few ingredients in under 20 minutes.

Hard boiled eggs cut in half and topped with mayo filling.

If you are looking for that appetizer that everyone likes you found these spicy stuffed eggs. They are made with simple ingredients including mayo, cilantro, jalapeno and black pepper.

Spicy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Texture: soft egg yolks with crunchy jalapeno.

Simplicity: it needs only few ingredients to make, it is very easy to prepare.

How to make Deviled Eggs

  1. Firstly gather all ingredients: hard-boiled eggs, mayo, jalapeno, cilantro and black pepper.
  2. Cut eggs in half and scoop egg yolks.
  3. In a bowl mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, jalapeno, cilantro and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each egg with a filling.

Tips to make Jalapeno Deviled Eggs

  • You don’t really have to add extra salt if your mayonnaise is salty enough. Try the stuffing first, then adjust salt.
  • Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, scoop egg yolks with small spoon.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of mustard for extra flavor if you wish. However, I didn’t use mustard in this recipe.
  • You can use any other bell pepper if you would like milder version of this appetizer.

How far in advance can I make deviled eggs? You can make these eggs up to 2-3 days ahead. I always keep them in my fridge in airtight container and they are always perfect.

What to use to fill stuffed eggs? You can use small spoon, fill each egg completely with the filling.

How do you serve stuffed eggs? I would serve these eggs cold.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/2 cup mayonaisse
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
