Stuffed mushrooms with mozzarella cheese and broccoli are great for any Party!
I made these stuffed mushrooms sometime ago but I did not have a chance to post it before. I make mushrooms often at my home. I love them and I can eat them all the time. They are low in calories and they can be used in many ways…. stuffed, sauteed, cooked. As an addition for meat or any veggies. I even ate mushrooms with scrambled eggs when I was little. Possibilities are endless and they are perfect addition for any dinner, appetizer or breakfast.
My stuffed mushrooms are great for parties. Everyone can grab their own little mushroom. I am pretty sure everyone will eat more than one. They will definitely vanish from the plate quickly.
These mushrooms are very easy to prepare. Just few simple ingredients like grated mozzarella cheese, broccoli and chopped green onions and you can have a simple and very delicious appetizer. They are also baked for about 35 minutes but you can remove them from oven quicker if they are ready. Serve them immediately because they are the best when hot. However, cold are yummy too!
If you are mushroom lover definitely check my other yummy recipes: Dill, Parmesan and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, Portobello Mushrooms with Parmesan and Onions and Pesto Quinoa Portobello Pizza.
