I think that lemon… pepper… and tuna is perfect combination. I am very amazed how this healthy tuna salad is yummy.
Lately, I am thinking that I should add more healthy recipes to my diet. I was in Poland on my vacations when me I my mother made this healthy tuna salad. I was hooked right away with this simple dish. Just couple simple ingredients and you can create such a tasty salad.
I am the person that eats lots of salad, so they are always on my table during lunch or dinner. Sometime ago I made Tomato Cucumber Feta Salad and I can say it was incredible. This healthy tuna salad was so good too and most importantly easy to make. I really enjoy making easy and quick recipes as you probably know already, because I said that too many times.
Recently I found delicious greek feta and oregano dressing that I really like. Maybe it has slightly less calories than ranch. I am not sure; honestly I did not check. For this particular healthy tuna salad I made my own dressing. Only lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper:) Take all ingredients; mix very well together. And tasty tuna salad is prepared without so many calories. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Healthy Tuna Salad
- 1 small can 170 g solid white tuna
- juice from half lemon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
- half a small onion
- In a large bowl mix lettuce, tuna, juice from half lemon, olive oil.
- Slice onion and add to salad.
- Add some pepper and salt to taste.
