Ingredients Needed
- Raspberries – fresh or frozen raspberries.
- Banana – fresh ripe banana, frozen can be substituted as well.
- Milk – plant based milk like cashew, oat, almond, rice, coconut etc.

- You can use any plant based milk to make it dairy free, for example: cashew, oat, almond, rice, coconut, hemp, soy.
- Use fresh or frozen fruits.
- This drink taste the best fresh but you can keep it in the fridge for up to one day.

Banana Raspberry Smoothie FAQ’s
First blend fruits and milk, then use strainer to separate seeds from the drink. Just pour the drink through strainer, then discard seeds.
Simply just omit banana in the drink, however banana adds extra sweetness, so if the smoothie is not sweet enough for you, sweeten with honey, stevia, monk fruit etc.
You can add water or coconut water instead of milk.

- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plant milk cashews, oats, almond etc.

- Put raspberries, banana in a blender, pour milk.1 cup raspberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup plant milk
