Dairy free healthy raspberry banana smoothie made with only 3 ingredients. Great for breakfast or a snack.
Recently I found cashew milk in the store and I wanted to try it. I know cashew milk is a new non dairy milk that it’s sold in stores for awhile. I guess I wasn’t interested in the beginning. When I saw it for few times I was more eager to try it. I don’t rely only on cow’s milk at my home. My children likes soy milk a lot so I have it at my home everyday. And almond milk I mostly use it in my baking.
I was raised primarily on cow’s milk. It was so popular back then. Today, I am happy that we have more options to choose from. And I am ready to try them all:)
For this non dairy healthy raspberry smoothie I used only 3 ingredients. You probably already know what ingredients I used after reading the title. Simple as that: cashew milk, raspberries and banana. The smoothie is very delicious and it’s perfect for breakfast or snack. For me this type of smoothie help me to satisfy mid afternoon cravings for something sweet. While summer is approaching quickly I am thinking how to get in shape easily and quickly:)
Cashews were not my favorite nuts before. Until recently… I think my taste buds are changing. I love cashews the same like other nuts and I buy them a lot.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cashew milk I used Silk
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in the blender.
