The best green smoothie made with veggie, banana, mango and cantaloupe.
I was thinking about green smoothie for a long time and I knew that I will make it someday. I wanted to incorporate some veggies in my smoothies, so I was thinking lately which vegetable I can use.
I used beets before in my Beet Detox Smoothie and it was very good. You can taste a beet a little, but it didn’t bother me because I like beets very much. My older son knew that beet is in the red smoothie but younger one did not even notice. After awhile I thought that I need to make green smoothie. I though that this is the perfect time to think about this smoothie because St. Patrick’s day is coming up.

I was experimenting with spinach lately in my house. I made Crepes with Mango using this veggie and they were a HIT! Totally a win-win situation. After my crepes I thought that I should use spinach in my smoothie. It has beautiful, vibrant green color and it’s tasteless if using raw. I didn’t taste spinach in my crepes neither in green smoothie.

The dominant flavor in green smoothie is banana. I used only small banana but still I could taste it the most. I know that this green smoothie will be often seen in my house. –>Delicious, Healthy, KID-Approved<– My children really like this beverage. I’m happy because of that. I’m a mother so you can find many healthy and kid-approved recipes on my blog. I don’t force them to eat what they don’t like it.Β I try to incorporate somehow healthy ingredients and mostly they will not even know it.
